The Fine Print:

 

A Damage Deposit and completion of our contract is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.  This deposit, payable by e transfer, will be applied to the cost of any damaged or unreturned items.  The entire deposit, or in the case of damaged or missing items, a portion thereof, will be returned after the pieces have been inspected.

Once your deposit has been received, your date has been secured. 

Full payment is required one week prior to your event.

Refunds are not provided for unused items.

Breakage/ Unreturned Items:

There is a $15 charge per item for any lost or broken teacup/saucer and cream/sugar; $10 per side plate or luncheon plate, and $30 per tiered stand and teapot. 

Return of the damaged item is requested.
